"Room and bed were comfortable, staff was extremely nice and always helpful. Location can't be beat, closest accommodations to the park and climbing. Will definitely stay here again when we return to El Potrero Chico."

"The thermal waters and the construction around the pools are great. The rest is pretty bad. No hot water in the rooms, no WiFi, a water leak from the ceiling, the lighting is terrible, dark because the only window is tiny, the view from the only window is to the parking lot. Having those majestic mountains around is a real pity you see parked cars. Had to beg for a hand towel and a bathroom mat. The selection of food is poor and no healthy options. This hotel needs a new vision to keep up with comfort and technology. "
