"Visited with parents during Christmas break. An absolute gem — we loved every small detail in the rooms and play areas, since it was really well decorated with Korean traditional hints everywhere. Also loved the breakfast options they provided us, the food was so good!!! I really want to visit again. Thank you staff for providing such a welcoming experience."

"I showed up at the property. There was no one there and the place seemed deserted. I found another place to stay.VERY DISAPPOINTING! I asked Expedia for a refund but not yet received. No other guests or evidence of any presence found. "

"A nice view of the KTX train station and mountain. Room had a microwave, washer, and styler (with a dryer function). Walking distance from the KTX train station. Bedroom, livingroom, balcony, and kitchen area all looked like a one bedroom apartment. Staff accoommodated requests with hospitality."

"The place is at the centre of the village. It was so convenient to walk around. I am an Australian but was born in Korea. This place reminds me my grandmother's old house. The staff was helpful and guided many top local restaurants in Jeonju."

"어머니와 제 여동생, 저 3명 '기와'룸을 사용했는데, 디럭스 침대 레벨의 룸과 온돌 룸이 연결된 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 샤워까지 할 수 있는 화장실이 2개, 수건, 텔레비젼도 2개여서 마치 두 룸이 연결된 것처럼 잘 되어 있습니다. 아침 조식은 토스트, 커피, 바나나, 귤, 사과 같은 걸로 들 수 있습니다. 생수 물도 비치되어 있습니다. 적극 추천합니다!"

"The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The lobby smelled really good. Lots of choices for breakfast at buffet. Just to note, breakfast is not available on Mondays. The hotel is in a good location and within walking distance of shops and restaurants."

"Excellent spot situated in the middle of Jeonju Hanok Village. Great breakfast with plenty of fruit, rice cakes, and coffee provided by the lovely couple that owns the place. You also get discounts and benefits from a Hanbok rental shop that they recommend going to. The beds are traditional futons, so might not be ideal for some people. "When we first visited The May hotel, we had a little or no expectation but we were surprised at the quality of the facility and the services we have received. I can truly say that this place earned its 4 star rating and we're very glad that we had a chance to experience it. Thumbs up and i definitely recommend The May Hotel for your next stay!"

"Clean and kind service, however, shower was not convenient because the toilet was a wet style. No partition between the shower and toilet. I feel that the bedding covers were not cleaned and someone used before I use. I expected an white cover on the bedding but no cover on it."
