He made sure I had a quiet room, a breakfast package because I could not go to the breakfast buffet, and helped with everything! The best front desk staff! Thank you for the wonderful stay! "First of all its pretty run down , small top to cover when you go to sleep- smaller then the actually bed. No hot water when you try to shower even was on the second floor. The faucet and other bathroom fixtures are rusty. Mold in the shower as well. Carpet dirty. Woke up with a banging and drilling, the website or at check in were not informing of any renovation. The lobby looks very shady no lighting and loud music."

"This hotel is in an excellent location near university, restaurants and sights. Staff were friendly and helpful small suite but did not lack anything. My only complaints were a noisy air cinditioner which I am sure will be repaired and a strong air freshener smell in the suite. Overall this is a very good value and I would recommend it to others."
