"I would stay a million times over. The building is beautiful & they have decorated all its little quirks to give it a warm and welcoming feel without clutter. It has such an indivisible feel and we felt right at home straight away. The staff are excellent in customer service but also in general as helpful and fun as you’d want. They provide a map and at advice you might need and a warm chat when you get back. The rooms are clean and stylishly decorated, note there’s no lift if you have mobility issues but no worries for us. The bed was simply fantastic and the bathroom well presented. I would like a shower head holder at head height but that’s being very British of me! The breakfast is worth all the comments made!! I loved it. It’s so well thought out and put together, there’s something for everyone and it’s kicks off the day well! The walk to the market square is max 7 mins very flat and this is basically central. I will be coming back to Bruges and 100% plan to stay there again. Thanks to the team for such a nice stay."

"Perfect location for exploring central Ghent. Attractive exterior. All staff members from the reception to the bar and cleaning staff were welcoming, professional, helpful and efficient. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Shame some of the bar area had odd design flaws. Bench seats have glaring lamps at eye level behind companions heads. Coffee/ drinks table too low at shin height. "

"Close to everything one would want to do in Brugge. The historic touch of the hotel is charming. We had a rather large room on the 2nd -top floor that overlooked the canal. Loved the location and charm! "
