A semi-detached house located in the Ukkohalla tourism centre, 75 m² + loft 18 m², for 5 persons, built in 2015. Entrance from downstairs of cottage, where are living room and sauna. In the middle floor there are kitchen-living room and bedroom. 2 wc, one of which on downstairs and second on the middle floor Cottage has drying room. Waxing room ans storage for 2 cottages. View to the slopes. Beds: in bedroom double bed and on the loft 3 beds. Firewood includes in price.

Kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one on the loft), loft lobby, sauna, shower room, 2 separate toilets, dressing room, vestibule, terrace, storage, fireplace and firewood. 2 bedrooms with 2 x 80 cm beds/room, a double bed in one of the bedrooms, a sofa-bed+ 2 spare mattresses on the loft.

Pets prohibited. Ukkohalla: Tourism centre located by Lake Syväjärvi, with an information centre, store, restaurant, spa, slope centre, snowmobile tracks, ski tracks, programme services, Cable Wakeboard, beach (further information at www.ukkohalla.fi). Distance to the Ukkohalla services 0.1 km. Kajaani airport 86 km, Oulu 170 km, Helsinki 650 km, bus stop Hyrynsalmi 18 km, railway station Kontiomäki 66 km.
