Apartment for 4 people on the ground floor of villa T3 of 85 m2 between sea (6 minutes) and countryside (5 minutes) quiet renovated, spacious, with a room with 1 bed 140, another room with 2 beds 90, and the living room with a convertible, very bright and immaculate, with garden and terrace to take your meals in the shade of a large oak, secure parking inside the properties, the apartment is fully equipped , bed linen, towels and tea towels provided, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, raclette, griddle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, flat screen TV 82 cm, channel decoder plus, sat channel, with foreign channels, German, English ... wifi, etc.

Hyeres is a very pleasant town 10 minutes walk from the apartment, allows all activities related to the beach within 6 minutes drive a visit to the island of Porquerolles is a must visit in the region. Visit the salt marshes, The many Provencal markets allow you to familiarize yourself with Provence, that of Hyères on Saturday morning also allows access to the old town which is very typical, in Toulon Mont Faron and its cable car offers a fantastic view on the military port, the la Fayette court market is a colorful moment, it is possible to take the boat nearby for a visit to the harbor very nice and unique.

Great place to stay
I can highly recommend this clean and comfortable house. Brigitte and Jacques were very friendly, discrete but available when we had questions. The house is nicely located and nothing is very far away. We look forward to returning one day

Fantastic place!

Delightful property and hosts!
Jacques and Brigitte could not have made us feel more welcome at their delightful and spacious apartment. Contained everything you might want for your stay. Hosts were most kind and helpful, though not at all intrusive unless you wanted to ask them a question about the area (which we knew well anyway, over many years of visits). Very happy to recommend this lovely property and delightful hosts.

An excellent winter vacation location!
Smooth and pleasant arrangements, hospitable and accommodating couple as welcoming hosts. Our experience doubtless enriched by some ability with the French language and the rental of a car for the duration of our stay. Would return in a trice were the occasion to present itself again. Hyères is a gem of a community with its own medieval charm and within easy driving range of many others.

Un piacevole soggiorno
Siamo stati molto bene a casa di Bridgitte e Jacques. La casa rispecchia la descrizione dell’annuncio, ben attrezzata e molto pulita. A pochi minuti di macchina tutti i servizi (supermarket, ristoranti,bulangerie…) e bellissime spiaggie. I padroni di casa molto gentili e disponibili anche con i nostri bambini. Grazie!

Eine ganz tolle Ferienwohnung, von A bis Z perfekt, sehr sauber und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen Haushaltsgegenstände des Alltags vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt oft sehr stark vereinfacht. Nur zu empfehlen!

Superbe séjour!
Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables dans la maison de Brigitte et Jacques qui nous ont très gentiment accueillis et conseillés.La location, sur les hauteurs de Hyères, est très bien située qu'il s'agisse d'aller dans le centre à pied, vers le massif des Maures, Bormes les Mimosas ou Toulon en voiture. Tout est parfait: la literie, les équipements, la terrasse et le merveilleux jardin. Nous étions une famille de 4. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir: Hyères et son littoral sont une très jolie destination!

Bel emplacement sur les hauts de Hyeres. Appartement tres agreable ou il fait bon passer un sejour.

Chaleureux accueil de Brigitte et Jacques qui ont pu être très arrangeant sur notre horaire d'arrivée. Soucieux de notre bien être, nous ont donné également de bons conseils pour les visites. L'appartement d'une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé pour la cuisine, les chambres spacieuses dotées de bonnes literies, grande douche à l'italienne, le tout conforme aux photos sur l'annonce. Une belle terrasse pour le farniente et y prendre les repas... avec vue sur leur superbe jardin... nous avons passés un excellent séjour et vous en remercions, la petite Kamelia se joins à moi pour faire un gros bisous à Brigitte !!!

Hervorragend!
Die Villa und die Anliegerwohnung im Erdgeschoss hat unseren Vorstellungen und Erwartungen vollkommen entsprochen. Die Beschreibung und Bilder auf der Seite entsprechen der Realität. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen, jedoch in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Zentrum (10-15 min Fußweg). Die Strände sind verkehrsbedingt in 15-20 min Autofahrt erreichbar. Insbesondere hat uns der naheliegende PLAGE de Wir wurden freundlich von sehr herzigen Gastgeber empfangen. Sie gaben uns viele hilfreiche Tipps zur Gestaltung unseren Urlaubs im Region.
