Nearby attractions: Jardin Olbius Riquier 4.8 km, kiddy Park 5 km, Magic World 6 km. Hiking paths: Espace nature les Salins 3.3 km. Please note: no lift. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Hyères le Port.

1-room studio 32 m2 on 1st floor. Bright, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), fan. Exit to the balcony. Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen in the entrance (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony 6 m2. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 7 (fenced). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
