Regrets
Bien qu'idéalement situé sur l’ile, le rapport qualité-prix est plus que décevant. Le studio Océanite n'a pas de vue sur mer (contrairement à l'annonce) et ne correspond pas du tout au prix affiché en termes de confort, de bruit (VMC) et d'équipement. Tout juste l'équivalent d'une chambre d'hôtel à 50€ la nuit. C'est fort dommage.

Great stay
The location has an amazing view, in front of the sea and the coast, and is a few steps from the main little square of the village where much of the services are. Inside you can find all kinds of appliance: A/C, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, even an ice-maker. Patricia is always kind and professional, she will make you feel welcome and at home. Great stay!

Nice place to Stay
I've been multiple times to Levant. Les Terrasses Levanitines was one of the best places i've stayed. There are some points to improve in the studio but that are not big issues for me. The studio can be a bit damp, but the airconditioner can dehumidify. That works good. When I arrived at 13.00h the studio was already ready for me. That was a very good service. The "check-in" was contact-less, so I didn't see anyone. For me that's not a problem. I have had a nice stay at the studio and want to book it again!

Humidité - pas de vue mer - accueil expédié
Globalement assez déçu de ce studio et de l accueil . Humidité présente surtout dans la salle d eau malgré une VMC qui fonctionne non stop, du coup odeurs assez désagréables. La vue mer est inexistante depuis l intérieur du studio, pour appercevoir la vue mer, seule solution, se rendre au bout du jardinet . Accueil pour ainsi dire inexistant, juste quelques consignes passées au loin en passant au fonds du jardin. Le studio est bien équipé et proche de la place du village, ce sont les seuls atouts de cet endroit .

Bonjour, Nous avons trouvé le studio pas très propre,les coins et le dessous des placards n’ayant jamais été fait. L’installation des climatisations sont une bonne idée seulement les évacuations des climatiseurs des appartements voisins arrivent sur la terrasse du studio. Vraiment très bruyant,l’air chaud et les condensats trop désagréable de les recevoir à travers lorsque l’on est au petit déjeuner. Il y aurait une solution à ces désagréments c’est de remonter les évacuations des clims jusqu’en toiture . C’est dommage car ce petit studio est vraiment très agréable. Au plaisir de revenir vous voir .

Logement à éviter !!!
Logement sale. Dessous du lit à pleurer... sanitaire non fait. Petit déjeuner sur la table encore présent de l'ancien locataire... Verrières au niveau du plafond on se serait dit dans un poulailler... réveil a 5h30 comme les poules. En plein soleil ... Pas de terrasse un petit bout inaccessible... On reçoit l'écoulement de la climatisation du logement au dessus en plein sur nous.... Odeur dégoût nauséabonde. A vomir... Vue mer inexistante. Publicité mensongère... Présentation du logement : agression pour économiser l'eau pour cause de sécheresse. On comprend mais quand même aorder le sujet de façon plus diplomate je pense sans agresser le client. Prestation : même pas un rouleau de papier toilette... limite quand même... A éviter sincèrement. Sans aucune rancoeur on revient pas c'est tout. Et la vérité est toujours bonne à entendre

Decouverte île du levant
Studio bien agencé, idéalement placé près des commerces, des animations ou pour profiter des couchers de soleil. La personne qui vous accueille est agréable, Bref, un séjour formidable dans une bonne ambiance et voisins sympas. A n'en pas douter, je reviendrais!!!
