Great small cottage close to the beach!
This was a great small cottage. Had everything we needed! It was a short walk to the beach and not to far of a walk from restaurants! It’s even in walking distance to Hyannis harbor if you want to catch a boat over to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard.

Cozy with a Perfect Location
This property was charming and exactly as shown in the pictures. It is surrounded by trees on three sides, so there is a feeling of privacy and tranquility and the views through the windows are lovely. If you're a walker, it's an easy walk to restaurants and beaches as well.

Pros - GREAT Location, easy access to many things, beach, restaurants, jogging paths. Cozy cute home, very quite. Easy to explore the Island or hop on ferry. Bedrooms were ok, master could use something so your not living out of your suitcase. Great deck for coffee. Cons- No wine opener, blender or coffee pot. It has a kcup thing. A smart TV, I now know you have to have access to streaming services. After finely getting one it didn't matter because the AC cancels out the TV.

Perfect stay
Absolutely loved this place. It's definitely a cozy cape cod cottage, but even as a 5'9" gal I could fit in the bunk bed comfortably! It had everything we needed, a window AC unit (what better white noise existed to sleep with than window AC), and was the perfect location for walking to the beach. The house was also spotless and just so charming. We'd happily stay here again!

I absolutely loved this little cottage. It had everything we needed and was so close to the beach we have been going to with my daughter for the past 8 years. The cottage was clean, bright and cozy. Communication with Tory the host could not have been better. I hope to stay in one of the two cottages next summer or even just to get away at another time as the Cape is truly my Happy Place. 💙 Thanks for everything Tory!

Positives and Advice
Tory was super responsive and the place was clean. AC is a wall unit so the main bedroom is somewhat warm. Also double bed can only be gotten into from one side. Bunk room is only appropriate for kids. As the lower unit is literally on the floor. Both are kid sized. This place would be great for a young family. The furniture is not super comfy for older folks.

A wonderful place!
A cozy, comfortable cottage that was perfect for a girls weekend away. Everything we very clean, and the host was super kind and easy to communicate with. Close to town and the beach. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing trip away!

Cozy Cottage not Far from Town
We enjoyed a one night stay in this cottage. Everything was as advertised. The house is very small, so it is not recommended for groups of more than a few family members or friends. The host was extremely responsive and made check in and check out quick and easy!

Perfect 🤩 location!
We absolutely loved this home… it was clean…fresh… new… the perfect location. Walking distance (7 minutes) to the beach… walking distance to Main Street. Tory (our host) supplied the home with clean sheets (firm mattresses)… new towels… toilet roll, hand soap, kitchen roll. This was my first experience using vrbo and I loved it. We still be staying here again! My friends visited for the day and also loved the location and the home! Thank you 🙏.

This cottage was spotless & in a great location at the very end of a dead end street with a cute little yard perfect for yard games. A private deck to enjoy the outdoors was also nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family had an awesome time staying at this property. The host was great with communication and everything at the property was as expected. Location could not be beat with very short walk to the beach and about a mile walk to downtown Hyannis Main Street which was enjoyable!

Kleine Cottage in schöner Wohngegend
Die Cottage liegt in einer schönen Wohngegend und die Strände Keyes Beach und Kalmus Beach sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist älter, aber innen ganz schön und im Beach Style eingerichtet. Allerdings ist es sehr klein und meiner Meinung nach stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Wir haben noch nie so viel für ein Ferienhaus bezahlt, auch nicht in der Hauptsaison und manche Räume, vor allem Badezimmer und das Schlafzimmer sind sehr eng. Das Doppelbett steht mit einer Längsseite an der Wand und hat ein hölzernes Fußteil, so dass derjenige, der an der Wand schläft, kaum ein- und aussteigen kann, ohne den Partner zu wecken. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und der Check-in waren sehr gut und wir haben eine Liste mit Links von Unternehmungsvorschlägen für die Umgebung bekommen.

C,est un endroit confortable et mignion avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour ! Il dipose de tout le nécessaire dont vous pourriez avoir besoin durant votre séjour ! Petite terrasse intime vraiment apprécié avec BBQ. A seulemet 3 minutes à pied de la plage ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et serions ravis d'y retourner à tout moment.
