The only issue was that we booked for Beach Bay but didn’t get to stay at the hotel we originally booked. We showed up and they had already closed for the season, but we never received any message from Hotels.com about it. There was definite confusion at the beginning, but they got us in at their sister hotel which was beautiful. "

"This is a wonderful property. The owner and property managers are excellent communicators, very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, right on the square where you can see and hear the goings on, but the windows block out all of the sound when closed. You are within walking distance of anything you might want to do. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped.
