"Service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process. "Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. "Thin walls. Staff knew, shrugged and moved us to another building. Had to fight for room. Booked here and without proof would have slept in the car. When I showed her my iPad, she never apologized, just found us our first room which was sound proofed like a tent. "

"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. "The hostess and host are so welcoming they make this pension an amazing place to stay, the hostess was always present whenever we needed anything and made sure everyone at dinner was happy and had a good day, the host gave us great recommendations for walks/hikes to do in the Tatras.
