"The highest class hotel in Ostrava, but unfortunately the day of our visit during midnight there is out break of electricity, one of the greatest breakfast in the whole Europe!"

"Great overall property, location is a bit secluded but very close to bus and tram lines less than a 3 minute walk. Staff is exceptional very friendly and helpful, Breakfast is excellent, there is nothing negative to say about this property."

"No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . Thank you ladies for providing me with a boiled water every single morning , you were amazing. Reception very poor knowledge how to get around , won’t stay there again "

"Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. There is a kettle and bottled water in the room but there was only 2 tea bags (Herbal & Green Teas) and sugar. If you want other types of tea and Coffee and/or milk, I would advise you take your own. "This is pretty much the only hotel in Frydek. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is good. They seem to always give us twin beds! Hmmm! I am not sure if they have any parking. "

"The room was a bit cramped, with the desk chair bumping up against one of the beds, and too few mains outlets. But it was fine for a brief stay, and the staff was very courteous, even preparing me a takeaway breakfast because I had to leave in the early morning."
