"The house was mostly clean and worked well for what we were going for. The deck and firepit area was great for our group. It is not like the pictures. You can see that maintenance has not been done outside for a while. Just go in knowing that you will have to wash out the kayaks if you want to use them. The deck needs stain, which is not a big deal but not like the pics. The chairs outside worked great but also had not been cleaned. The inside was pretty clean. We enjoyed the little towel...

"I would definitely recommend this place especially for families. My husband and I along with my daughter and her husband stayed in the upstairs area. My son and his wife and their 3 young daughters had the lower level. Plenty of room for all! We enjoyed the big backyard lakeside to play yard games and have campfires.
