Flowing off the Living room is a large undercover balcony with the picturesque views of the beach and the white sand park. On the balcony there is an outdoor dining table and gas Bbq, with all barbecue utensils provided.

Upstairs the large rooftop terrace with outdoor seating area and sun loungers is the perfect place to watch the breathtaking sunsets and to star gaze at night. Easily top up with cool refreshments with access to a small kitchenette with bar fridge.

Arrivals and Departures
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm. Please Note: During Peak periods check in is from 3.30pm. when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.

Security Bond
A security bond of 500 must be paid on all reservations prior to your arrival.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.

50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.
