"We wanted the light in our room to be shut off but it was a difficult task since the light was set to Shabbat mode. Unfortunately, we had the light on the whole evening and we couldn't sleep. We went and complained to the reception desk. As a courtesy, Yazen Atrash offered our family lunch which was an incredible experience. "I had mixed up the dates and was prepared to pay for a new room. But the staff, Maria and her colleague, sorted everything out, made a lot of phone calls so i did not need to pay for new rooms. Offered me coffe as I waited, gived me a room before they even got confirmation from hotels.com that it was okey to switch. Upgraded the room with balcony, water etc just to be nice. "This is an amazing hotel and a MUST stay if you are in Bethlehem. The building is a historic landmark and the staff is incredibly hospitable. The free breakfast is excellent and the rooms have been recently remodeled and have high quality linens, modern bathroom fixtures, tv, fast Wi-Fi, and excellent heating/AC. Best of all, all proceeds from your stay support a day program for adults with special needs. Be sure to check out their gift shop with beautiful art work and souvenirs produced by the program. "

"Mizirawi Hotel is in the heart of Ramallah. From shopping to dining, you have a lot of options within walking distance. The area is safe and I was comfortable to go buy essentials after dark hours. Staff will get whatever you need if you prefer 🙂 The staff were wonderful, Mahmoud the receptionist is attentive and always there to answer your questions or lend you a hand. Mizirawi is family-owned and operated; Janine and Dani, the owners live on the property and are there for the guests daily. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious for work or having lunch with a friend. The shower had wonderful water pressure! Make sure you meet the wonderful family and staff, small but mighty. They are ready to make sure you have a wonderful, comfortable stay. It was my home away from home for two weeks and I will book this place again on my next trip. "

"Beautiful hotel. The hotel is extremely clean at all times. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the best customer service. Breakfast is actually brought up to your room! I once asked if they had coffee, they apologized for not having any on site and went out on their own and got me coffee from a good coffee spot a small drive away! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5: 1- Online, it’s listed as if it’s close to many shops or stores. Please keep in mind there’s no stores around, so even a simple small trip to any store will always require a taxi/drive. 2- I was a little surprised to see a dog in the hotel, who was in the room next to ours. He barked a lot and you could hear him through the walls. Normally I avoid hotels that have pets, but they did not list themselves as a pet friendly hotel, which normally I would avoid. I think it would be better to note that so everyone is aware, in case they may have allergies. Those concerns are not to take away from the hotel however, and I highly recommend staying here."
