House layout is perfect
Loved the home! The game room is a great added feature for kids. I didn’t realize there was a charger for EV or I would have driven mine up! I will say we have stayed in a lot of homes here in Hurricane and this neighborhood was nice. The pool lights didn’t work for us but the water feature did! The kids had a great time with all things to do in the home.

The house was exactly what we needed for a little weekend getaway! Super close to Sand Hollow, pool & hot tub were clean and the kids loved the Bball court! The host was helpful when we had an issue with heating the pool and made sure we had everything we needed! Definitely would stay here again

We are planning our next trip!
We are already planning our next trip! This home is in a perfect location close to Sand Hollow and not too far from amenities. We were welcomed to a very clean, roomy, and well stocked home! The kids and guests enjoyed the outdoor area. We were 5 families that rented homes in the same neighborhood and this home had by far the best outdoor area. The only feedback I would provide is to update the towels throughout the home. We are very pleased and can't wait to go back.

The location was perfect and the place was awesome. It fit our needs perfect and was well stocked. We could have used a few more bath towels, but we had a great stay with no complaints. The owner was great to work with and everything went smooth. We’ll definitely look to stay there again.

Awesome Stay
We visit the St. George area often and stayed here for 3 nights. Steve was super responsive and cared about our stay. The master bed was comfortable and clean. We loved the pool and hot tub and the well-appointed recreation room. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Will definitely consider this house again.

Great Home base for Zion and Bryce
Great stay for the 4 of us. House was well kept and well equipped. Pool area was great after a day of hiking. Location gave easy access to Zion and Springdale, and a reasonable drive to Bryce which is worth the trip. Had an issue with the pool cover on the 1st day but it was quickly fixed same day. Overall a great stay.

Amazing vacation spot!
We had such a wonderful experience staying at the White House. Steve was great to work with. Very responsive to messages and helpful. The house is in the perfect location and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The house itself was amazing! It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the pool was amazing. Everything about this property was seriously great! Our family of 5 had such an incredible time here, we’ll definitely be coming back!!

Good for big groups
This house was great for a large group! However, the mattresses are pretty crappy in the one bed rooms. I don’t know how the bunk room beds were.. kids slept fine. The heating of the pool and hot tub is charged separate but the pool didn’t get up to temperate we were told and you had to choose…. Either the hot tub was hot and the pool was cold or the hot tub was cold and the pool was a tiny bit warm. You couldn’t have both at the same time. Had I known about the pool issues, I probably wouldn’t have paid the extra. Which was a bummer because the outside was the biggest reason for getting this place.

Perfect vacation home
We had 2 families of 4 (total 8) people stay here for 5 days, this house was amazing, loved the layout, two master bedrooms with large bathrooms and there are so many sleeping options in the other rooms.with double bed bunks and a pull out trundle and the closets in the masters are so huge that they even have a fold out bed option for little ones to sleep close to you if you want. It is very clean and comfortable and the pool was so refreshing after a day hiking. The drive to Zion was easy and we drove to Bryce one day and hiked but we all agreed the highlight was renting UTV's with RentUtahToys and taking the 4 hour tour with a tour guide Phil leading the way, this was right in the town of Hurricane and the home owners had a deal with the UTV rental place for a discount. The homeowners were super nice to work with and the housekeeper is right down the street if you need anything, we never needed anything but nice to know someone is close by if you have a problem. I would highly recommend this place, the kids played basketball and bocce ball and we had a wonderful evening just star gazing. Don't hesitate to rent this one, a great property for sure.

Fabulous Property for an active family
The "White House" was perfect! We are an active family of 5 who hiked Zion Canyon, went Canyoneering in Dixie Canyon, enjoyed an evening in a Yurt, and rented Side-by-Side ATV's. The home was in a perfect quiet location for us as we were 5 minutes to Sand Hollow (great lake for boating), and we were able to rent ATV's where we explored the beautiful terrain and sand dunes which are visible from the back yard of the home. Zion Canyon is amazing about 35 minutes from the house and if you prefer to prepare meals and be away from the busier hotels/motels closer to Zion you will enjoy this location as there are many grocery store options (local, Costco, Walmart) close to the home. The home was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and having the pool, basketball court, and putting green always provided great family fun. The owner was very attentive prior to, during, and even after we had departed to ensure everything at the home was more than satisfactory. Thank you Steve for sharing your home with us and providing a perfect place to create wonderful memories as a family!

Good family entertaining location.
Pros: Very nice home with two master bedrooms, and a large bedroom full of bunkbeds for our kids. All Nine of our kids and grandkids fit great. The pool and hot tub were the reason for staying at this location. The basketball court, and putting golf course was also a hit with the kids. The home was well furnished and equipped for cooking and entertaining, with all the utensils and board games we could have needed. Hot tub controls very easy to use and adjust jets, lights, and temperature. Netflix account was active. Cons: Wifi password provided was not correct. The front door and exercise room door codes did not work. No satellite or cable TV at this location. I utilized the website Redsands provided to unlock the doors but it did not work to lock the doors the rest of the stay. I would have liked to use the garage for parking, but there was not an opener that I could find. Main master bedroom TV was not working with the wifi. Overall: Would totally recommend this place if you are going to Sand Hollow reservoir, hiking in the area, side by side riding, or just staying on site. We cooked all of our meals here with all the cooking accessories we could think of on site. This home is not very close to restaurants (20 min+) but is close to a Walmart.

Exactly as advertised but so much more than expected
This is one of those reviews that really is bittersweet in that you want to give a perfect review but regret that the review might mean you don’t get a week you want for next time. This house is wonderful. The location is perfect for Sand Hollow. It has a great garage, parking, trailer space, driveway parking, etc .This is a high-end neighborhood and restrictions on noise and street parking make perfect sense. The house itself is airy and open and the split master floor plan is perfect. We were a group of 7 and the house is exceptional. We put two couples in the masters, a couple in the queen bedroom and a 21-yr old in the bunk room. The bunk room will actually sleep 12, I think. The bunks appear to be custom made. Each bunk is at least double if not queen-sized. I took the time to check out the mattresses in the bunk-room and hey were actually great. .The ceiling is high and each bunk has great head space. An adult could be comfortable here. The kitchen and living spaces are large and open. The kitchen is really well equipped. The decor is “vacation rental” but classy and unobtrusive. The owner invested in high quality furniture. The couches, chairs, mattresses, etc will not disappoint. This is not an IKEA property. We were very pleasantly surprised with the level of instruction on systems, light switches, trash and pool care visits, etc. The checkout process was simple and easy. We went above and beyond with sweeping red dirt out of the garage just because we loved the house so much.. Honestly, this was probably the easiest, most pleasantly surprising rental we have ever had.. We are already looking at the calendar to see what weeks we want to book with this great house.
