Cottage Near Zion Hiking, Biking and other Fun! Great Central Location.

This tiny home is a clean, fun little cottage that makes the perfect home base for your hiking or biking trip to southern Utah. It has one bedroom and one bathroom. The space is small but cozy. (People taller than 6'3" will be at risk of hitting their head on one of the archways.) This home started out, generations ago, as a cabin for the Park Rangers of Zion National Park. In the 90's it was physically moved to Hurricane, Ut where it served as a vacation home for an elderly couple for many years. In early 2017 it officially opened as a vacation rental where, for the first time in decades, you can stay in one of these historic Ranger Cabins. The outside is still original but the inside has been totally remodeled.

Great quiet spot with easy access to many great areas. Really enjoyed coming "home" to this quiet location - love the history of this little home. Addition of wine glasses would be a great addition to the many amenities provided.

This Cottage Near Zion was the perfect place for us to base out of to explore Zion and Bryce. It was so quiet, a relief after a day around the crowds of people in the park! The information in the Cottage information manual were very concise and helpful. The accomodations were perfect, comfortable, clean, and a great home away from home!

Stayed at the "cabin" for about 4 weeks while hiking in the area. Very convenient to Zion as well as all the trails in this area. Owner very gracious and quick to respond to any questions; provided good tips for things to do.

Jed was very responsive and helpful. Has everything a normal house would need...from cooking and doing laundry. Would do again when we come to see Zion and the other national parks.

Great Getaway
This was the perfect spot for getting away from CA. The cabin is perfect for 2 and perfect distance to the parks. We spent most of our time going to the parks and back at night to rest. Everything was clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Im already planing my next stay here when snow melts a little in the area. Thanks for a great place.

Clean, cozy, privacy in a great location
My husband and I loved staying at the ranger cottage. Although the exterior may look a little dated, the interior is updated, clean and cozy. We loved the history and charm of it being a ranger cabin and still maintaining some of those characteristics. It has everything you need for the comfort of home and is in a great location. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends traveling to the Southern Utah area.

I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our 3 night stay at this fully stocked cottage/house/cabin. There was a cooler bag for use, which we loved for taking lunches into the park. Loved basing out of Zion Ranger Cabin
We enjoyed the old Zion Ranger cabin that Jed and Nicole's have completely remodeled. Everything we needed was there, the place was super clean, landscaping is beautiful and fits the area. After a day of hiking, we would come back, sit on the deck with a beer and enjoy watching the birds. We also loved town of Hurricane & other neighboring towns. Thanks for sharing a special place with us!

Park Ranger Cottage
Super super cute cottage that used to be for Park Rangers. Very easy to find with accessible parking. Spotless when we arrived, with contactless check-in and check-out. Helpful to have washer and drier to clean clothes after long days of hiking. Jed provides lots of recommendations. 10/10. Would 100% stay again!

Nice home in a good location. Was pleasantly surprised to see the inside after seeing the condition of the outside. Was a nice place to cool off after hiking all day. I appreciated getting emailed the info about home by Jed prior to stay as we had no problems getting in. Glad to have opportunity to stay.
