"Because of flight delays, we arrived just before midnight. Fortunately for us, we had no problems getting to this location and settling in for the night. Host communicated before arrival how to access property. It was everything we expected and then some. The price point is excellent and you are in a great location for all services, restaurants, coffee, fuel, groceries, etc. Easy drive to Zion and some wonderful state parks. "Stayed here for a week of hiking and exploring the area. House was large and had lots of character. Our kids are certain it’s haunted because of its age/style but I’m pretty sure they’ve just seen too much Gravity Falls. The location is a convenient drive to Zion and cedar city and comes equipped with bikes to explore the neighborhood. We also used some of the provided sports equipment. Kids loved playing and falling out of the trees out front. Great property, perfect for our family vacation."

"Synthia had everything we needed to enjoy our family Christmas! The kitchen was well stocked, plus! The place was cozy and she even put up a Christmas tree for us. Synthia was great to respond to our questions! We had a great time! Would definitely stay here again!"
