"This was a quick getaway for my husband, me, and our 2-year-old grandson. The location of this property is perfect! We could walk over to the waterfront and watch the geese or walk into town for shopping and food. We lost power (a fluke) during our stay, and the owner was extremely responsive and easy to contact. We walked to dinner, and it was back on when we returned. Highly recommend!"

"We loved everything about this sweet cottage on the water! The decor was top notch, and so welcoming! We stayed 3 nights, and can’t say enough about this beautiful area of Maryland. Great restaurants, shoppes, and delicious crabs! We also did the ferry ride over to Oxford. Had an amazing time at this property! The host also left some yummy treats, and a bottle of champagne for our anniversary! Can’t wait to come back!"

"This was a comfortable home, and a nice location. We were staying mostly for business, so didn’t do much in town, but the main restaurant and shopping areas are two short blocks away. We did use the nearby nature trail to walk our dogs. The only concerns others might have with the house, and the reason for four stars instead of five, were: minimal kitchen equipment (few pots/pans etc.), steep narrow stairs to the second floor, and low water pressure in the shower. We walked to dinner each night (Limoncello and Ruse, both great) and enjoyed the wonderful shops in the lovely downtown area. The location of this home cannot be beat if you want to park your car upon arrival and not have a need to use it again during your stay. We had three cars, two of which fit in the driveway...
