Welcome to Fox Hill House, an ideal destination for your next Hudson Valley escape. With accommodations for up to 20 guests max (8 bedrooms + 2 sofa bed rooms), this thoughtfully designed home offers a blend of shared spaces and private retreats, making it perfect for family gatherings, friends’ getaways, or even multiple couples. Whether you’re enjoying the open-concept kitchen, unwinding in one of the spacious living areas, or making memories around the fire pit, every inch of Fox Hill is designed for relaxation and fun.

Just minutes from Kingston’s vibrant neighborhoods, Fox Hill offers the ideal mix of tranquility and convenience.

Outdoor Spaces:
Step outside and experience an incredible range of outdoor amenities. The large deck is perfect for al fresco dining, featuring a dining table, grill, and cozy seating area. The fully-fenced yard allows your furry friends to roam freely, while you relax in comfort.

Just off the deck, a brand-new hot tub invites you to stargaze in peace, while a charming walkway leads you to a secluded fire pit area, complete with Adirondack chairs. At night, the string lights along the path and the twinkling stars overhead create a magical atmosphere.

From May through October, enjoy the in-ground pool, beautifully furnished for lounging and soaking up the sun on warm days. Past the pool, gardens lead to your very own private pickleball and basketball court—perfect for sport lovers! (Note: While the pool is heated, it can still be brisk during the cooler spring months. With the hot tub just next door, jump on in for a cold plunge-like experience!)

For a more laid-back vibe, the hammock garden and cozy seating near the pool barn offer the ideal spot to unwind with a good book or simply listen to the sounds of nature.

And for the kids, don't forget about the playground! The pool is fully fenced in, as is the entire yard, so you don't have to worry about your furry friends either.

Main Level:
The heart of the home lies on the main level with its spacious open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining room. Featuring high-end appliances, a large island, and ample counter space, this kitchen is a chef’s dream. Skylights flood the space with natural light, while the smart TV and bar station create a welcoming, communal atmosphere.

Off the dining area, a sunroom overlooks the backyard, offering a quiet retreat for reading or relaxation.

Kitchen Details: The kitchen is fully equipped to handle everything from morning coffee to gourmet meals. With vaulted ceilings, large windows, and modern appliances—including a professional refrigerator and gas stove—it’s a space designed for creativity and connection. The long island offers plenty of room for everyone to gather around, making it the perfect spot for family meals or prepping a celebratory feast.

Sofa Beds:
1. There is a private room on the Upper Level with a desk, sofa bed with a 4 in memory foam mattress topper, mini fridge and printer.
2. There is a semi-private (it can be completely closed off, but is the only indoor access from the In-Law Suite to the Main House) den room between the Main Level and the In-Law Suite with a sofa bed with a a 4 in memory foam mattress topper, record player and TV.

We provide a pack-n-play and high chair if desired.

Bathrooms:
Fox Hill boasts a variety of bathroom configurations to ensure comfort and privacy. On the main level, there is a half-bath for convenience. The upper level includes a full shared bathroom for guests in three of the four bedrooms on that level, plus the en-suite bathroom for the primary bedroom. There is another shared full bathroom in the in-law suite, as well as on the lower level.

We supply Further brand shampoo, conditioner and body soap, as well as hand soap and lotion in all bathrooms and at every sink.

Lower Level Oasis:
The basement is an entertainment haven with its own set of bedrooms, bathroom, a cozy living room, game room with arcade games, foosball and darts, a massage chair room for post-pickleball recovery, and a small gym with an elliptical, peloton bike (bring your shoes!), weights and treadmill. It’s the perfect spot for guests to spread out, relax, and have fun. PS. there's even a kid's cubby under the stairs!

In-Law Suite:
This private, ADA-accessible space is perfect for extended family or friends who desire a bit more independence. The suite features its own entrance, two bedrooms, a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and a private deck to enjoy some peaceful downtime.
