"J ai réservé en instantané et le lendemain la personne m a dit que le logement n était pas disponible. Elle n a pas annulé ma réservation et j ai été débitée. Je trouve qu il y a un grand manque de rigueur et de respect. De plus j avais réserve ce bien pour des obsèques et je n avais pas besoin d ..."
