Only, 8-minutes from the Sam Houston State University, Only a 3-5 minutes away from fast food places such as Mcdonalds, Chick-fil-a, Subway, and Tacobell, restaurants such as 1836 Steak House, Yummy Yummy Mongolian Grill, and Mama Juanitas Mexican Restaurant. Only 5 minutes from Walmart and Target, and only 7 minutes away from the Elliott T. Bowers Stadium. This is a very central place with lots around for your convenience.

Getting Around:
Uber is readily available and there is plenty of parking for vehicles at the property!
