I felt so at home there. Jeff was soooo easy to reach with my minor problems. I could easily stay there for a couple of months out of the year. Summer in Yuma STINKS. That's where my properties are. I need one of those one bedrooms there!!!!

Perfect Powderhound Pad
I stayed here for 3 days to ski Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. The unit is clean and modern and seems to be designed for skiers. The ground floor location is super convenient to access for packing/unpacking. The parking space is covered and very close to the unit. The bed is super comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. Washer / dryer are high capacity which made cleaning ski gear and other laundry easy. It's a 15 minute drive to Snowbasin and around 30 mins to Powder Mountain. Ogden is about 20 mins away for shopping.

Condo was nice for 2 people and the only complaint I have is the heater! It was freezing while we were there and we had to use the heater and it is very very loud. Besides the heater it was a great little condo.

Cute, Clean & Comfortable!
Jeff & Delise are amazing hosts! We had such an amazing 2-night stay at this very cute, clean, and comfortable vacation apartment! We were in town for a wedding, in the area, and this was the perfect place for us to relax in-between all of the wedding events. Very clean, stylish, and organized. Comfortable beds, extra linens & towels, wi-fi, cable TV, and yes, soooo many dvd choices! I really wish we would have stayed a few more days to enjoy the tennis courts and pool/hot tub. However, we did go kayaking on Pineview Reservoir (located right on the property!) I highly recommend anyone who visits to spend a day on the water. The location, mountain & lake views (especially right now in the fall, was breathtaking. We will definitely be returning to stay in Huntsville at their cute apartment again this winter to go skiing in these beautiful mountains!

Comfortable place to relax and recover from some amazing skiing!
Check-in was simple, and really enjoyed having the covered parking. The room amenities were great. A lot of places I have rented feel like they were outfitted at garage sales, but not this place. Appliances, dishes, and glassware were all nice, and we felt at home. We really appreciated the connectivity of the TVs. We were able to play music, share photos of our daily adventures, and stream movies and video. That is a nice touch that most places have not done. The tea and coffee were very much appreciated too. All those little things add up to the best experience that I have had for a vacation rental. We had an amazing trip and appreciated have such a nice place to recover from full days on the mountain. Thanks for the opportunity to stay!

Close to the slopes
The condo was eight miles from the slopes which was a very easy drive. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fine for cooking breakfast to a simple dinner. The only thing I didn't like was parking. The parking area was covered which was good but the homeowners association responsible for keeping the place clean of snow wasn't that great. There was snow and ice which made it dangerous to walk from the car to the front door; I fell once. It was more dangerous to walk from your car to the front door than it was to ski down the slopes. Other than that the place was fine and I would stay again. The next time I come I will make sure I bring a bag of salt though.

Great, but could use improvement
The place was great. Not sure if we were supposed to clean the floors, but they were already covered in sand when we arrived. Had to clean them to start the trip. The lack of air conditioning was almost too much to handle, very difficult to sleep in that heat. Even with the box fans and protable swamp cooler unit, it did nothing but move some hot air around. We had hoped to use the pool that was advertised on the website, but it was chained up and closed the entire time we were there. We also received a laundry list of things we had to clean and do to prep the place before we left, even though we were charged a 250$ service fee. Not sure where that money went to at this point. Other than that, it was really nice to be able to walk down to the beach within 5 minutes. We loved the water.

Awesome spot!!
We took the kids skiing for the first time the week prior to Christmas and I’m really glad we chose to stay here. This location and accommodation was perfect. It was an easy drive in from Salt Lake City airport and well worth it for the scenery. The road in from Ogden passing by Pineview Resevoir is beautiful and at this time of year every direction is a notable view you just want to pull your camera out and start documenting. The condo had everything we needed to stay in, eat meals, and just hang out after long days on the mountain. The sleeping accommodations were nice. Great bed and the couch pull out was perfect for our boys. We cooked breakfast and dinners here, played games, and watched movies at night. We had access to a clubhouse with a pool table and just behind the condo there was a little courtyard where our boys built a “snow shelter”! __I can’t say enough about Snow Basin as the place our kids got their first skiing experience. They loved it and went well above expectations as they were able to go up beyond the ski school lifts the 2nd day. It’s very accessible at about 15 minutes from this condo and it was a great place for them to learn. We also took a drive to Woodward Park City Adventure Sports Center. Highly recommend this also. With all of this said my wife and I would absolutely book this for ourselves and leave the kids back home!__We can’t wait to come back to this area in the summer time to check out the campgrounds on the lake and mountain biking. We will be booking here again for sure.

Modern condo in great location
This condo is remodeled, modern and has all of the amenities and household items you could need, including washer and dryer. The lake is connected to the complex and the drive to Snowbasin and to hiking is only 15 minutes. We did have a problem during out stay but worked it out with management in the end. The unit is on the lower level so you do hear people walking above you.
