The front desk staff were very friendly and the check in process was fast. Everything else was pretty bad. The room was DISGUSTING. The bathroom counters were dirty, the sheets and blankets had stains, and the doors and walls haven't been wiped down in years. The carpet was filthy and turned my socks brown. The "hotel" is being renovated so the free breakfast is a to go bag with a muffin, fruit cup, and bottled water which was ok... at least they tried. Customer service from the front desk staff are great but housekeeping definitely needs to be replaced ASAP.

It's a small town so my expectations were high but the hotel is going a must needed renovation. The place is old and it shows. You can hear as soon as someone opens a door and when they closed it sounds so loud. Housekeeper walk in the room at 8:15am trying to clean it.

Hotel doing renovations and so everything is slow. No continental breakfast as advertised. On check in, the person was very slow. Took like 20 minutes to check in and get room keys.

Expedia doesn't mention the place is being renovated (sort of) and a total disaster. Common areas are filthy, there are ZERO amenities. Was told at check-in breakfast was from 6-10, but heads up.... There is no breakfast Nothing. When I inquired about this at front desk clerk said she had no idea about breakfast. I pointed out the sign advertising such and she became quite nasty. So, if you are looking for an old worn out fleabag hotel with nasty employees, no advertised amenities, filthy carpet and floors and sketchy parking this is your place.

Forgot to add this pic of the rat/roach feces stained rollaway bed they provided us. Also, no working phone in the room for when I had to call down at almost midnight due to super loud guests next door and paper think walls. The faucet in bathroom completely loose. I went back and read review and the "claim" that the hotel is under renovation goes back to late Aug, so this is no excuse. If this managment cannot provide sanitary conditions, they should not be in business. Also, losing faith in Hotels.com for up to date information. Hot breakfast provided, nope (a brown paper bad with a bottle of H20 and small packaged muffin with a cup of mixed fruit pulled off shelf from grocery store. No coffee offered anywhere in lobby.

No frills one night stay. Part of town not bad. It is going through a remodel….but still not a bad stay for you money. The bathrooms and outside I hope is still in remodel faze We would stay again if in the area

Very clean and incredibly nice staff. Great experience. Only critique I could offer is that it is a bit dated, but don’t let that fool you to think it’s not a wonderful place to stay.

Cheap & decent room
The hotel is out dated, but they are making great renovations to improving it and soon to be a comfort inn. In our room it was all cosmetic that needed updating.(paint furniture) but the staff was so helpful and the bag breakfast we got was pretty good! Woukd definitely stay again!!
