The space
Indulge in the ultimate retreat at this two-bedroom lodge, designed to accommodate up to four guests in unparalleled comfort. Flooded with natural light, the lodge's living room/kitchen is a welcoming sanctuary, complete with cosy sofas, a four-seater dining table and a well-equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs.
The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed and a private en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom can be a super-king-size bed or twin beds.
Outside, you'll have access to a private hot tub for stargazing, a BBQ fire pit for alfresco dining, and a scenic south-facing deck with views of farmland and Bennachie hills. Secure storage and outdoor wash areas cater to bikes, golf clubs and more.
The farm offers serene natural beauty, including tranquil ponds frequented by swans, stunning hilltop views, farm animals, walking trails and endless opportunities for stargazing under unpolluted skies. Committed to sustainability, the owner has implemented wind turbines, biomass boilers and a microgrid system to optimize energy use. The farm also offers amenities like hot tubs and BBQ fire pits, providing guests with a serene countryside retreat amidst rich biodiversity and historical sites.
We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
