Location offers an easy drive for everyone, and the home is large enough for us spread out yet gather for meals. "This home accommodated our multigenerational family of 12 perfectly. The well stocked kitchen was spacious and allowed for multiple people to do either meal prep, eat or cook simultaneously. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby too. Annapolis is an easy 30 minutes away. One evening we inexplicably lost water pressure, but John was a text away and he showed up the next morning and took care of it. He was attentive and a pleasure to rent from. Thank you, John, for a fabulous week!"

"The house was being used by someone else at the time of my reservation. I never got the code to the house but i was charged the money. And i never got an answer from the property manager. If you are looking to rent this property save your money because i was scammed."

"The Ranch at Royal Oak was a fantastic property. The property was exactly as advertised - gorgeous waterfront estate with a large lawn. Incredibly peaceful. We were looking for a getaway to hit pause and just relax and the ranch Royal Oak was exactly what we needed. Marissa was a great host - incredibly responsive, check in instructions are very clear.and easy to follow. I highly recommend this property for your next getaway."
