Summary:
This home home is in a superb location with Jacuzzi, central air conditioning and heat between the HB Pier which leads to Main street full of shops and restaurants and the brand new luxury ocean view shopping and dining center called Pacific City with just a few houses between you and the beach. This home was just remodeled so everything including the furniture is brand new. Enjoy parking for 3 cars and our foosball table. You must be 28 years old to rent our home.

The Space:
This home home is in a superb location with air conditioning, roof top deck and a jacuzzi nestled between the HB Pier which leads to Main street full of shops and restaurants and the brand new luxury ocean view shopping and dining center called Pacific City with just a few houses between you and the beach. Enjoy parking for 3 cars (2 small cars in the garage or one large car and one car behind the garage). We have older beach cruisers and beach gear in the garage.

Property was as advertised. Very nice. Wife hosted ladies trip. Plenty of room for all. Very close to all downtown has to offer. Way better than multiple hotel rooms. Parking for 2 cars is a bonus for downtown. All rooms upstairs, so might be challenging for some. Everybody loved the place. Big rooms, 4 bathrooms Would highly recommend for large family or groups.

Great Location
We had a terrific stay as this house had two important features for Huntington Beach: walking distance to the beach and parking for two cars. There is plenty to do downtown as well.

Family Vacation!
We stayed in Huntington Beach for a 50th Wedding Anniversary with our family of 9. The location was excellent as it was a short walk to the downtown area, beach and the pier. The house was very clean and spacious! I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Huntington Beach.

Family Gathering
We spent a long weekend at this property. We had a great time. The house was spacious, clean, and a Great location. The garage was nice for rental car as parking is premium in this very nice neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. The house had everything we needed. The courtyard, with hot tub, was very relaxing. I would highly recommend.

Surf City Stay
Awesome....Loved the home..so cute! Although, I was bitten by something and had to go to urgent care....they think it was a sand flea? My entire hand was swollen and had to get an antibiotic...we believe this was at the beach...The house was great.....totally equipped, great internet, etc was a little strange in that someone was in a van outside - near the garage at all times...a nice fellow but rather odd. We ended up leaving early...it was a strange vacay for us...Honestly, good house

Disappointing and NOISY
When booking online thought location was great. Close to the beach and close to main street in town. Unfortunately, neighborhood at night is VERY loud and doesn't stop until about 2-3am every night. Also nearby parking garage is also loud at night with cars doing hot laps screeching tires. Actual house was just ok. Floors were FILTHY...hadn't been cleaned in a good while. They were sticky and you could feel the grime on them. Everything seemed to be wiped, but not cleaned. ALL the drains on the house backed up when you ran the faucet even just to wash your hands. Kitchen sink had noxious odor. Freezer was broken...door popped off of fridge when we tried to use it. Wish it was as great as the pictures made it look.

Thanksgiving Retreat
Rented the property for Thanksgiving week. Had some friends stay with us from Maui as our boys were home from college. The home was perfect for hosting Thanksgiving dinner. Clean, spacious and easy parking. There was more that enough space for the seven adults or more for the week stay. Best part was location!! Just steps to Main Street, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Also easy walk to Pacific City with shopping and restaurants. Will book again!

Location location location

Much-needed time with adult kids and young grandkids
Prior to Covid then my husband's cancer diagnosis our family would try to all gather for a week each summer. We finally had the opportunity to do this again. This house was absolutely perfect (except for the squeaky kids' bunkbeds) and we even managed to park our 3 cars on-site. We had the bedrooms and bathrooms to serve all, and the gathering places were great for wonderful generational conversations and watching the summer Olympics. The neighborhood was very walkable with great food and shopping choices and the beach wasn't too bad a walk considering having to haul all our stuff (next time we'll pack a wagon). The surfing competitions starting near the end of our stay were a fun bonus. We'll be back!

Great near beach location!
Two blocks from HB pier & one block off Main Street makes getting around on foot easy. Main Street HB is so entertaining & there are so many great events, restaurants & shops nearby. Two blocks from Pacific City for great shopping & the beach path is great for walking, running, etc. beach volleyball on the ready with amazing sunset views you won’t get anywhere else.

Great Location - Lovely Property
We stayed at this property for the month of August 2021 and had a great time. The location is ideal and within a few minutes walk to dozes of restaurants, shops and of course the beach. There is also a small market close by and a proper grocery store only 2 miles away. The property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our time there. The property has wifi as advertised but it really works best downstairs and would often cut out for 5-15 minutes and then come back. This is obviously a 'first world problem" and we never contacted the property management about it, it was just frustrating because we were working remotely during our stay. This was not a big enough issue to impact our review. The only other thing that took a bit of finesse was the parking. The garage has a lot of things in it: beach chairs, wagons high chairs, bikes, etc. All great things to have on hand but we had to rearrange it all in order to get both of our cars (two mid size SUVs) in the garage - and it was a very tight fit. Again, this was mentioned on the advertisement so we were prepared for a tight squeeze, we just weren't prepared to have to reorganize the space. We did not contact the property management about this issue, and this issue does not impact our review. We would recommend this property, the description and photos are completely accurate, and the hosts made communication easy.

We love Huntington Beach and this location couldn’t be better. Close to Main Street, Pacific City and the Beach. Our family had a great time during our month in this house and look forward to next year.

In the heart of Huntington Beach
Cannot get any closer to the action of Huntington Beach. One block from Main Street. One block from Pacific Coast Highway. One black from the new Pacific City mall with the best coffee and morning views. We parked our car in the garage for 7 days and walked everywhere. Highly recommend this beach house.

Upon arrival I received wrong code for door. The property manager responded immediately to correct issue. The heat wasn’t working in the house so the property manager sent repairman. They couldn’t resolve issue first night so brought 5 heaters over. The heaters tripped the breaker which included outlets on half of the house and cable, so was an extremely chilly first night. Repairman came next day and fixed upstairs heat, downstairs was chilly for entire stay. There was constant yelling in street in middle of the night both in front and behind house as well as dogs howling all night. Lights and fan in one room would turn on and off by themselves. Not sure if it was another electrical mishap or if we were sharing house with unseen visitors. At any rate a little unnerving. I also received daily emails from owner which I thought was a little unnecessary. This was a beautiful house with tons of space but I would personally never rent this particular property again.
