Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. "A great spot to stay for a family wedding in town! We enjoyed the hot tub and needed help with a few things and Helen was amazing and very prompt with helping. We asked for fans and she had them the next morning!!! Amazing. Rafa (the dog) hung around and we enjoyed his company."

"Thimble Cottage is sweet and nicely decorated but was a bit too small for 4 not large adults in our opinion. Easy location to explore delightful Southwold from. It was however rather noisy (bus stop and lovely pop up bakery queues outside main bedroom window from early in the morning, dog grooming parlour immediately behind the tiny courtyard, public bins being emptied at 5:30am in the High St). We were also greeted with an overflowing bin of rubbish in the courtyard from previous guests which...

"We had a lovely mini break stay at The Pond House. Perfect for 3 mums and kids to hang out together and enjoy the local area, nearby beaches and towns - Southwold & Aldeburgh. Thank you."

Mel communicated and answered all my questions, we also had Garry on hand all weekend via phone if we needed anything. Group of ladies, so the privacy was perfect, although closest shop was a 10 min drive, we had everything we needed. "

"All terrific except that one of us doesn’t sleep well in the double bed - though the mattress is very comfortable the bed frame does jiggle about every time one person moves, affecting the other. I’m sure sounder sleepers wouldn’t complain - personal problem! Otherwise we love the cottage and its location and this time enjoyed having friends to dinner too. Thank you Abi and Ed"
