THE LAKEFRONT CHALET offers wonderful location right near everything in Hunter but still far enough away to feel peaceful. Situated right on the lake near ski slopes. Great place to stay for a large group! The house has two great rooms on a main and a lower levels w/ wood burning stoves for wintry nights, three decks, one covered, with great lake views, gas bbq and teak table set. Great sunsets lakeside make for a memorable vacation.
In summer enjoy the lake, views, kayaks and peddle boat, or cast a line and fish right in the backyard. In winter it welcomes you with a warm fire.

From May through October you can Swim, Fish and use the supplied Kayaks and a peddle boat at the private lake and we're only 1 mile to Hunter Mountain Resort, 1 mile to town, 5 miles to Tannersville & 9 miles to Windham Mtn. 20 minutes to Saugerties and 30 to Woodstock. There are 3 gold courses within 20 minutes and a water park and many other activities within 30 minutes* In the Winter skiing and snowboarding and tubing are only 3 minutes away at Hunter Mountain 1 mile directly up the road and Windham Mtn is only 15 minutes away.

This house was perfect for a winter weekend getaway. Proximity to hunter mountain was key. Hot tub was amazing. Views are gorgeous. Would recommend

A great place to get together!
Nataliya's property is all that you need for an awesome stay with friends or family. The property was loaded with plenty of beds, plenty of space, and the sauna and hot tub are fantastic amenities. I would recommend the property to anyone looking to have a fun getaway with family or friends in upstate NY!

Great stay in a nice cozy house by the pond!
Only positive things to say about our stay at the house. Great serene location by the pond and close to Hunter Mountain. The house felt cozy but had plenty of space for the 6 of us, plus a great patio to take a seat, drink coffee, and enjoy the view. We'll certainly consider staying here again for our next trip.

Wonderful Getaway with Friends!
We had a wonderful experience at the chalet. Plenty of space and plenty to do! We appreciated the attention to detail and the modern touches within this home. We took full advantage of the grounds, the hot tub, the fire pit and all the other amenities this home had to offer. We're going to book this home again in the winter!

Amazing view of the lake
One of the most clean and well equiped houses that we stay in. Everything in right places and all you need. Clean and confortabile. And with the access at the Lake, the hot tub and saune, it was wonderful. We have in mind to come back.

GREAT HOUSE
We loved this house. The set up was perfect, the older adults hung out in the main room and the teenage boys were downstairs. We loved this was so close to Hunter mountain. House was clean and had everything we needed. We will be back !

Nice Place
The place was very nice. Clean, well kept, close to the ski mountain. A lot of nice little touches oike laundry detergent, firestarter and instructions for fireplace, full pots and pans, Paid a lot for New Years, probably comparable to other places Might need a updating in basement area and bottom bedrooms, but certainly wouldnt preclude someone from staying there. It was a very nice ski house.

Excellent spot! The house was well stocked, quiet, and comfortable! Had a great view of the lake and nice lake frontage. The frogs at night we amazing! Unfortunately the lake was drained when we were there and we were unable to take the boats out.

Wish we had more time to stay
Beautifully kept spacious chalet with a more private access to the lake. Lake has mostly sunfish, but I did catch a smaller largemouth bass there! Kids enjoyed swimming, paddle boating, kayaking, and fishing in a very warm feeling cozy lake environment. Nature is the answer to bored kids! We would happily come back...Thanks Nicholas!

A perfect getaway
WOW. This listing far exceeded my expectations! The home itself is in an ideal location, beautifully furnished, and perfectly laid out for groups. From the sauna to the hot tub to the lake, there was plenty to do. Nataliya was kind, communicative, and even went out of her way to send a few forgotten items to their rightful owner. A wonderful getaway in an idyllic setting
Nicholas and Shannon are wonderful hosts. We have been returning to their beautiful home for the last 3 years. The backdrop is beautiful and my fiancée had actually proposed right on the lake last year! Needless to say we will continue to be returning. There is plenty of space, clean, and we love having the fire! It is a warm and cozy home and definitely highly recommended. Thank you Nick and Shannon!

Great property!
We just returned home from a fabulous girls' weekend at Nick's place. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We used the kitchen and grill for every meal and spent plenty of time on the upper deck overlooking the lake. The lounge chairs were so comfortable! We were able to walk to Hunter Mountain to attend Taste of Country each evening. It was the perfect getaway. Thanks Nick!

Fantastic lakefront retreat
Fantastic property! Highly recommended! Nicholas was accommodating and hospitable. He is prompt with emails and offered such a fabulous retreat. Less than 5 minute drive to Hunter. 10 minute drive to downtown area. Beautiful home right on the lake with an open concept living space. Great weekend away for a group of friends, couples weekend, or couple getaway. I am looking forward to returning to this house in the future! Thank you Nicholas!

Superb host and superb property
Do not think too much! If you're anything like me, you will have researched upwards of a dozen properties when deciding where to settle. Nicholas' home was truly fabulous. A wonderful, homey, log-cabin like feel with all the basic amenities you may need. It can sleep 6 comfortably (beds for all), but can house up to 10 if it called for it, I'm sure. We were all so pleased to see that the house is inside the Hunter Mtn complex. The house is perfect for both skiing, or just staying in and playing board games with friends. We will be back time and again for sure! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Love this house!
This is our second Thanksgiving renting this house and it's perfect. I'm a bit of a clean freak and for both visits it was clean beyond expectation. Nice to be welcomed warmly with music/heat/outside lights. The owner is very responsive to emails and when we had to contact him about a minor issue, he answered the phone and told us exactly how to fix it. Beautiful view of the lake from living room windows. The street is very quiet. This house is a winner and sometime I'd like to be there when it's warm and sunny!!! I also appreciate the way he has labeled the light switches! Very helpful! Thanks Nick for sharing your house!
