"The cottage is location worked perfectly for our group, even though we stayed in late November, we enjoyed the morning lake views. The cottage itself is as described, tasty decoration. Kitchen was equipped sufficiently to meet our 10 people. Sheets and beds were comfortable, I only wish we had few more bathroom towels . Overall we had wonderful time. "

"Beautiful location and wonderful house. The first floor and second floor fit our needs perfectly. We did need to call for some help with TV and internet. Internet was resolved within an hour of our arrival. Maintenance arrived next day at 3 as we requested. Ben was great. He helped us with TV and minor lamp issue. It was a great time away for all of us."

"Overall, a great place to stay and enjoy the view and the lake. The beach and dock offered great private space for swimming, water sports and fishing. The steep driveway and path to the waterfront was the only negative, as it was a challenge for the older folks in our party ... but the kids didn't mind it. "

"We stayed here with our teenage children. The teenagers enjoyed hanging out in the beach cottage. The dock & beach area was large enough for our group to enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, & jet skiing. Yes, as many of the reviews note there are many stairs at this property. If walking / stairs are an issue for you, this is not the place for you. The owner was very responsive. It was indeed a "cozy retreat" for our family. "

"One never knows when looking at pics if a rustic styled cottage will be rustic and charming or worn down. In this case it was charmingly done! It had a rustic and cozy feel with many modern updates. The cottage itself was lovely with many thoughtful details. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the hosts took the time to have the cottage warm for our arrival, with some sweet welcoming touches. (It was early april and pretty chilly) My teenagers loved the sleeping loft, and I made great use of the Sauna. All 3 sleeping spaces had ample privacy. We also used the firepit nightly and enjoyed relaxing around it and enjoying some beautiful sunsets. The waterfront is well appointed with a dock and boats for personal use. Unfortunately, it was too chilly to take advantage of them. We would definitely reserve this cottage on future visits when the weather is warmer in order to take full advantage of the lake in it's prime! Its a bit off the beaten path since it's located in the middle of the Y of Keuka lake, but we hit Penn Yan in 14 mins and Hammondsport in just under 30. There were tons of amazing wineries and food spots in 20 mins or less. It's an easy spot if you want to visit places West of Keuka or Closer to Seneca Lake. We loved it! Note: The Incline to to get up to the driveway is somewhat steep & this is clearly a 3 season spot; the road on which it is located has signs that say it's not maintained from Nov 15th thru April 15th."
