Trinity Lodge sits beautifully on Cliff Parade, overlooking the unforgettable Norfolk Coastline. Ample parking in the driveway leads to a beautiful enclosed garden . The property has central heating , tiles to the kitchen and hall floors , the rest being fully carpeted .
There is plenty for all the family , water sports , amusements , RSPB reserves, theatre , bowling , Fairground , coastal pubs . Royal Estate of Sandringham and Holkham Hall Estate .

A detached property right on the sea front.
It has 3 en-suite bed rooms which consists of:
Master bedroom with super king size bed , en-suite with bath , shower toilet and basin . Sea views
Twin bedroom with en-suite , shower toilet , basin . Sea view
Double bedroom king size bed en-suite with bath, toilet and basin . Views to rear garden .


Fully tiled and carpeted throughout, 2 large lounges with constant changing sea views. 55 inch tv . Fitted kitchen with dishwasher , microwave , fridge freezer , double oven and hob, washing machine . Dining table and 8 chairs .

There is also a very spacious garden with an outdoor patio, seating area and you have access to a Weber charcoal BBQ .

Availability of internet, a Smart 55 inch television with free view in the main lounge and in the second lounge there is another 55 inch free view television, a DVD player and lots of DVD's!
Other things to note
We have 2 televisions, one with free view and 1 with aerial, plenty of books and DvD's.

Fantastic stay
First time staying in the area and this property was ideal. Great location, lovely and spacious, clean throughout and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. I would happily recommend to my family and friends.

Perfect
Vicky is a lovely host and her rental is stunning. The location is perfect: a lovely stroll into Hunstanton, sea view and access to local beaches. Beds and sofas are very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and everything is immaculate. The home is also very spacious which led to a very relaxing stay for our party.
