"On arrival it was very evident the caravan had not been cleaned for some time. Full stinking bin, bathroom was disgusting. Caravan smelt rancid. I immediately took photos and sent to owner who refunded us £30 which apparently is the cost of the cleaner! Not the best start to a weekend away having to clean up other people’s mess. "My Husband, myself and my 86 year old Mom… oh mustn’t forget our Springer Spaniel loved our stay. Comfortable, clean, perfect location. A few things to consider… the number on the property wasn’t clearly visible, there were no detailed instructions about the TV Operation, we never did work out how to use Freestat ended up watching everything through BBC iPlayer. "This was our first time in Alberta Lodge, although we've stayed in Heacham before. Alberta Lodge is located in a holiday park, Cedar Springs, and is so quiet all we could hear were the birds singing. The Lodge itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and really well-equipped for a self-catering break. My daughter appreciated the board games and the DVD player was perfect for movie nights. Having WiFi was a bonus too. We had all the information we needed from the owner well before our stay....

"We had the perfect stay at Jasmine Cottage very peacefulThe dogs loved the grass to play on. The Deer are still in the garden in the early mornings even with the Gates closed. Which was nice to see, But! there are not many shrubs left in the garden that have not been eaten. The walk down Beach Road to the sea takes about 5 minutes with the dogs, and 15 minutes to get back when the dogs are worn out.If you have dogs I thoroughly recommend Jasmine Cottage."
