"Don't let the lack of photos of the front of the property put you off. True it's in a very narrow side street and the outlook is far from pretty, but it's in a very convenient location. Inside there's everything you need, and the property is well cared for. It's literally a couple of minutes' walk to the sea. Shops, pubs, restaurants all handy. We arrived during very bleak weather, strong winds and driving rain. Once that cleared, Filey didn't disappoint. Surely one of the best traditional sea...

Great location close to the beach & food places we also found a little wooden park 5minutes round the corner that was brilliant for the kids to have a run round. Cottage was clean ,plenty off space inside and affordable for a young family. Will definitely be booking again and will definitely recommend to friends and family.thankyou for our stay😊"

"Cowslip cottage is the perfect size for two people and the views to the sea are lovely with goats and donkeys for entertainment. The cottage is cosy and comfortable with all the kitchen bits needed and a handy bottle of milk on arrival. Even more helpful is the EV charging port. Really good location for exploring Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and other local places. Very nice holiday overall!"

"Fabulous stay, to celebrate our mum turning 60. Really clean beautiful house with plenty of space even with no outdoor space, it accommodated our 6 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Would 100% stay here again in the heart of Filey with only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Loved it "

All areas were really clean, ample room for family & all the modern conveniences We found the local Street perfect location and all Pubs cafe and shops ideal"

"This was our third trip here so we obviously do like it as suits our family set up and bedrooms are lovely and bathrooms. The kitchen is small but adequate. The outside area is not great which lets it down but the space indoors makes up for that. I do wish you could check in and out an hour earlier /later either side as 1000 checkout for Sunday is very early . "
