"We booked while in Sa Pa as it was good priced and looked nice. We left Sa Pa a night early, so i messaged the hotel on whatsapp to ask if we could have a room that night also. They gave us a room for the extra night at very short notice. We arrived at almost midnight, but the manager was ready and waiting for us.
