🏡 This magnificent house welcomes you to the heart of the Alsatian vineyard 🍇, on the wine route (between Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr), in the wine village of Hunawihr 🥨.
🏡 Built in 2019, this 100m² accommodation has a large living room with living room, dining room and equipped kitchen 🍽️ (with oven hob, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle) open to a terrace (terrace furniture and Weber electric barbecue available from Easter to October 31) 🍇 overlooking the vineyards of Hunawihr.
♿The ground floor is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
♿ You will find there in addition to the adapted living space, a bedroom 🛏️ as well as 🚿 🚽 a shower room with toilet.
🪜 Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with a double bed each 🛏️ (very comfortable bedding 160/200).
🚿 🚽 A shower room with wc completes the floor.

🏡 This accommodation is perfectly located in Hunawihr, it is quiet, set back from the road and at the edge of the vineyards 🍇. You will also be at the start of the paths to walk 👟, through the vines, to Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr or Zellenberg.
🏡 The whole house will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:

🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen,

🧼 A common laundry room with washing machine and dryer is at your disposal next to the house.

🍼 A baby cot and a high chair are available on prior request (approved for a child under 3 years old and 15 kg).

House rules:

This accommodation can accommodate from 3 to 6 people.

🐕 Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation. The supplement will be payable to Patricia, who will be pleased to welcome you upon your arrival.

🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.

⛔ Parties are not allowed. You are asked during your stay to respect the neighborhood.

💹 The rate paid when booking up to 4 people is for the occupation of a room. If the third bedroom is used for a stay of less than 4 people, a supplement will be charged.

🧹 Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. . If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 50€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €100 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
🔑 The keys to the accommodation will be delivered to you in person. After booking you will receive the necessary information for this key handover.
