Service was poor. We wanted to use chairs and beach umbrellas at the beach and were told there would be an attendant to help us get setup. However when we went there around 11:30 in the morning there was no one. So we called the receptionist and she said she would send someone. Three call and an hour later we left. No showed up. Each time we were told someone is coming but no one did.
Our stay included the breakfast and one day they forgot to give us the bread basket and fruits. We asked twice and then finally got it towards the end of our breakfast. Folks who came after us were served earlier. Second day they gave us just two fruit and yogurt bowls when we were a party of four. We asked them and they said they would get it and no one got it. We left after breakfast was done.
We were told that the golf carts can take us to any spots in the Palmas area but when we asked them to take us they said only to the parking lot or beach. Looks like the employee didn’t know. Then later other employees were driving to other spots too. When we called the number to book the golf cart we were on hold for 15 mins no reply. Ultimately we walked.
Overall service was really subpar for a Wyndham.
