"A lovely house in the Istrian countryside. Close to supermarkets and restaurants and within easy reach of beaches and beautiful towns. The house is very well kept and organised with plenty of room. The pool and outdoor space is lovely and very private. Massimo is very friendly and helpful - we would definitely recommend!"

"Wir hatten wirklich einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus. Das Haus war beim antreffen sauber. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich gewesen. Da bei uns eine Anreise ein paar Tage später erst möglich war, wie gebucht. War aber für die Besitzer gar kein Problem. Nochmals danke für die Spontanität. Ausstattung ist vom Grunde her ausreichend gewesen. Wir waren 7 Personen davon 3 kleine Kinder. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight. "Just home from 2 weeks at this lovely villa - it is immaculate, spacious and one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. The pool and garden are perfect. "Eda could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Her attention to detail and facilities are second to none. The setting is incredibly beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Ideal base for cycling or walking and not too far from all of the amazing sights, history and culture that Istria has to offer. A car is essential and drivers that are not fazed by the unmade road to the villa! We had a truly wonderful honeymoon and will be returning next year for our first anniversary to explore this...

"Really beautifully renovated building. Modern kitchen/ bathrooms but nice thick stone walls too! Hosts were friendly, generous and always responded quickly to any questions. "Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd, martina had gezorgd voor een volle koelkast met lekkere dingen. Het huisje ligt vol met schoonmaakmiddelen, wasmiddel, wc&keuken papier, voldoende handdoeken. Uitzicht is echt prachtig. Het zwembad wordt 1keer in de week schoongemaakt . Communicatie gaat via whatsapp ideaal. Wij hebben genoten van de plek."

Luxurious, but affordable stay
"Hotel Kvarner is one of these old, turn-of-the-century hotels that put you in a time machine. Yet make no mistake, this hotel is remodeled and clean. It is somewhat luxurious, but not stuffy. And the people who work there are nice and helpful. I have to say, for the money probably a really, really good deal."
