The stylish interior has been finished to a high standard with modern furnishings, fixtures and fittings throughout. It is located on the historic and secure site of a former Hull brewery. The apartment will be exclusively yours for the duration of the stay and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable break in the heart of Hull. Free on-site parking is also provided.

The Space:
This characterful apartment is a comfortable home away from home and has more than enough space for up to 4 guests. The bright and spacious open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, comfortable sofa and smart TV, a dining table as well as large feature windows that let in plenty of light. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, perfect for streaming TV (e.g Netflix), and all your browsing, social media and emailing needs. The spacious bedrooms feature large windows, plentiful storage space for clothes and comfortable double beds with crisp hotel linen. The modern family bathroom has a shower over bath and includes complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. Free on-site parking is also included.

Hull can be easily navigated on foot, and you will find everything you need within a short distance of the apartment.
The main train station is just a 10 minute walk away and there are also local buses servicing the main road near the property.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

Room for improvement
The apartment has a very convenient location and is in a nice area. It was good to have the kitchen and the rooms are spacious. However, it seemed as though the cleaning had been abandoned partway through. There were crumbs in the sofa and the tray in the oven had food residue. The mop and bucket and vacuum cleaner were left in the middle of floors. The inaccurate online description stated that there was free onsite parking, but there was actually only one parking space associated with 4 apartments in the building, so it was dependent on it being available. There were 4 of us staying in our apartment with 2 cars between us. When booking the property I had asked about parking availability, but did not get a response. The check-in process was a bit confusing. When we arrived at the building it was not clear where to go or where we could park since the parking spaces are all assigned. We had to give an arrival time and were told we'd be charged £10 for every hour we were late which was not communicated on booking. As it was, the person who gave us the keys was running late, so we were actually waiting for him. When we arrived at the property and were trying to find out what to do, I tried calling one of the numbers I had been given, but there was no response. I then called another number which went to management in London who then passed a message on and a local manager called me back. It just wasn't straightforward. This flat does have great potential, but room to improve.
