"Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. Eventually they reactivated them so we could get back in our room to collect our stuff. "Clean and brand new apart/hotel. Private parking, nice area, and large room. The only little lower point is about the kitchen very small, despite the space to get one bigger, and more nice. Because it is not a match point with the rest of furniture."

"When I checked-in my room wasn’t ready. Once I received the key to my room, I unlocked it and someone else was just talking on the phone in my room! On top of this, the air conditioning was a joke and I truly worried that I may pass out from the heat of the room. They only gave me one pillow and winter blanket. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The Hotel Centrum was a wonderful stay right in the heart of Nitra. The hotel staff were exceptional! We felt welcomed and very comfortable. Location is ideal. Breakfast was very good, tasty and plentiful variety. Room was clean and bed comfortable."
