" they don’t give you key to the room and they charge you 200 pesos for each guest comes to visit you and stay even for five minutes. they do not provide you with a good room condition unless you start talk to them aggressively and they are kind of very rude people. I don’t recommend anybody coming from USA to book here."

"I booked 3 nights as this was the closest to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. On arrival my booking was denied and I was told to go away. I persisted and showed my booking on my phone. Backwards and forwards for over an hour, trying to convince reception. Whilst waiting in the tiny lobby many young couples came to the window to try and obtain a room to be told hotel full.
