"Definitely not worth all of the hype. Poor service whenever we went to the bars or restaurant (staff never available) Breakfast hours are way too short to serve all the people they have staying. We were told one of the pools was strictly for adults yet children and families allowed in. I would not visit this place again."

"Great location, 2 blocks from lake, friendly and nice staff. Breakfast is Ok but too simple perhaps. Room was ok, but bathroom is not updated or clean enough. The hotel is expensive, so the cost/quality balance goes down. "

No. English speakers on staff though when we arrived (and we unfortunately don't speak Spanish) so difficult to get information on local area attractions. Really uncomfortable bed, worst night's sleep in my 10 days of travelling in Chile (foot of bed felt higher than the head, like sleeping on a slope, and pronounced dip in the be) d.
