"We love this hotel and it made our time in Seville extra special. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when after our first night we asked to change room. We were kindly moved to a fabulous room (no.2). The piano room is a lovely addition and we enjoyed after dinner drinks and a game of cards while listening to the music. We felt like we were really experiencing old Seville at this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, rooms super quiet at night and we loved all the inner courtyards, antiques, plants and character. Re our room change; we had initially been given room 101 which needs an upgrade as it smells of damp, the window doesn't open and the bathroom door doesn't close. We were so pleasantly surprised to be moved to a much nicer room and very grateful to have been accommodated so quickly and without fuss. Thank you, we would highly recommend staying here!"

"An amazing hotel right in the middle of Seville. The roof top pool is a bonus. Perfect location to see all the sights. Bars and restaurants within a 30 second walk and a fabulous flamenco show 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff in the hotel were superb. The room was beautiful."
