"The parking lot had had 1 car that must have been in an accident just sitting in a spot. There was some garbage, etc. around the back parking lot as well. The light coffee was not good. You can do better on that. The breakfast choices were ok, not amazing. You can do better on that. No microwave on the floors, only downstairs at the pantry. There was room near the ice machine to put a microwave. Would be much easier. Staff was great!!!"

"I really wanted to give the host grace, and I didn't want to write a review cause I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say, but I don't want anyone else to be done the way I was, this property was disgusting and unsafe. The walls were dirty the, carpet was dirty, the inside of the fridge was dirty the door frame on the door looked like it was chewed up by a pit bull and the locking mechanism was flimsy all it takes is one little kick and the door is coming wide. The floor to shower in the bathroom looked like a guaranteed way to get staff infection the plumbing was terrible the host will tell you that we clogged the toilet which is 100% true there was no plunger and the plumbing was outdated with slow water flow. The apartment is cold and that little fireplace heater in the picture is the only source of heat in that apartment.From the first night I expressed my concern to the host, she refused to give me a refund from the first conversation I initially paid 1200 for 13 nights. After we went back and forth for 2 days straight she told me that I had to leave by 11am the following morning to which I was delighted I wanted to leave the first night, she agreed to a refund of 1,008 and said that she would refund me 24 hours after I checked out. I checked out around 9 am and she went ghost until the following day then Cashapped me 600 and told me that was all she was paying because the price change was 367 a night, this isn't worth 30 a day. Book at your own risk."

"My stay was comfortable. Host was a consistent communicator who notified me with notes about the space, like controlling the heat. When any issues arose, like someone coming out to check the boiler, i was informed it would affect the heat for a couple hours. Great place to stay. Only thing to note is the apartment is on the first floor; you do hear walking happening above. But it never affected my sleep."
