Restored 19th century farmhouse apartment 2 -charming farmland and town culture!
Brought back from the original bnb boarding days of the 19th century is our 1 bedroom top floor apartment located on a peaceful country road 15 minutes from downtown Hudson or Red Hook. You can still see the original numbers of the old boarding house on the doors! The house is surrounded by 12 acres of fields and forest that we welcome you to explore. Our dream is to make this place into a small homestead with sheep and chickens, a geo dome greenhouse, and a wood fired sauna. Hope you enjoy!

The property was advertised for 4 ppl, but only one room. The pull out sofa was very dirty. Kitchen floors very dirty I had to clean it up with paper towels. There were cobwebs all on the furniture and the furniture very dusty. Also no WiFi so no service on phone. There was old food from last guest in fridge and freezer . The only good thing was the shower pressure and lots off towels.
Cute, quite apartment on the second floor. Enjoyed coffee on the small deck looking out at the farm animals on a cool, crisp and sunny fall morning. Perfect place as base camp for our weekend adventures in the area!
This apartment was perfect for my partner and I. The space itself was comfortable and well-designed with some details, like potted plants, that you don’t find in many rentals. The drive into Hudson was pretty and we were happy with the decision to stay a little out of town. Highly recommend.
Our stay was wonderful. Sophia was extremely welcoming and helpful, especially when our son got ill.
The house is charming and well equipped for a two week stay like ours.
The location was central to all the things in the Hudson Valley we wanted to do, but was very quiet at night and beautiful during the day.
Highly recommended!
The recently renovated apartment was clean, well furnished and equipped. Good communication with the owner as well. Everything was perfect, to be recommended to others travellers!
