Quiet hours start at 11pm
Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit or in the hotel. You will be charged a fee of $500 if the smoke smell is discovered.
Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS in the unit. What constitutes to a party is anything over the amount of guest you booked in your reservation.
Loss of Parking Fob is $150
Loss of Laundry Key is $25

To ensure a secure and seamless guest experience, we require all guests to provide a valid ID and sign our rental agreement before receiving check-in information, such as the door lock code or key pick-up instructions. This policy helps us maintain the safety and security of our property.

Kayak Use Guidelines
Waiver Agreement: All guests must sign a waiver prior to using the kayak. No exceptions will be made.
Post-Use Care: To maintain the kayaks, please rinse them thoroughly with fresh water after each use.
Proper Storage & Security: After rinsing, return the kayak to the designated area on the fence and ensure it is securely locked each day.
Use Time Frame: Kayak use is prohibited before sunrise and after sunset. Please ensure all kayaks are returned before dark.
Life Jacket Requirement: A life jacket must be worn at all times while using the kayak for your safety.
By using the kayaks, you agree to follow these guidelines, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine and possible removal from the rental property.
