Great peaceful location
The property is in a great location and very quiet. Away from traffic but there are some local restaurants nearby and grocery store if needed. The beach area is very small. We would stay here again.

Overall the condo was great. We loved the location. Very cool area with lots to see and do yet quiet enough to chill and relax. Pool was amazing. The condo could use a few updates but overall we loved it!

Winter retreat
Property was clean and presented as advertised. Hosts were accessible and very pleasant to work with. Other property owners and guests of the condos were very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the pool and pickleball.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay! Everything was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Chris was very good at communicating with us what we needed to know. We also met Jen when we first got there. She showed us around the condo and the entire complex which was helpful! Everyone that we met in the complex was also extremely friendly! Thanks for such a nice stay!

Relaxing, Beautiful View and Splendid Pool
Our favorite weekend getaway! Even though it’s very close to home, we enjoy our stay because it feels like we’re far away in an exotic location. The view and the amenities are just what we need to relax and enjoy our time. This time we enjoyed an afternoon in Crystal River with a scenic boat ride from The Plantation Adventure Center followed by a delicious fresh shrimp meal at The Freezer in Homosassa. Plenty of other local restaurants to choose from, too. The condo was comfortable, well-stocked and clean. Communication with the owner was top notch and we would definitely rent from them again.

We rented the condo over the Christmas weekend. The wind was howling and there were record breaking lows. As we were not able to be outside, we left the next day. I would definitely go back under better circumstances..

The view is spectacular. The property and small area alongside the water to walk is so peaceful and beautiful. Only thing i have to say there were little itty bitty bugs nesting in kuerig and didnt realize it until after first cup of coffee was drank. Ugh. Then found them on thr counter top where keurig was. Just a freak occurrence i believe due to not being used and possibly dried maybe, other than that i 100% would recommend this place

Amazing View
You can’t beat the view. The pool is fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped. The coffee maker is a Kuerig. We found the bed uncomfortable. We also had a loud neighbor who conducted counseling sessions all day on the balcony. I can not fault the owners but it was very annoying. There’s a Walmart super close. We saw dolphins in the lagoon and the sunsets were breathtaking.

Pros: host was very accommodating and communication was great. Very clean. Nice that start-up essicentiels were provided ie paper plates, dish soap, toilet paper. Great location. Nice view. Shopping cart available for use. Cons: although properly stated, I didn’t think about the need of walk-in shower for my mom and the chairs are bar height which was also difficult. We made due with getting a tv tray and her sitting on couch. All in all great value and host was amazingly friendly! Thank you !

Master bed not very comfortable due to firm mattress and slippery sheets. Noise from various contractors throughout the building. Main tv erratic performance and lack of internet tv very frustrating as we are no longer used to watching commercials.

We stayed here for 11 weeks & enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful. We saw dolphins often. Everyone we met there (renters & owners) were friendly & there were multiple activities available. The condo was very clean. The master had a large dresser but we had to use the hall closet to hang items. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t use the 2nd bedroom. It was ver small, had a night stand with drawers, no windows, & although it had a small closet there were no shelves or a rod. The owners responded quickly & were easy to work with. The kitchen lacked several items but the owners supplied them at our request. Our main issue with this condo was ALL the chairs were high tops. There were 2 bars but no dining table and regular chairs. We couldn’t invite anyone to play cards or eat together at a table. We’d stay again if it had a table and chairs instead of 2 bars and 4 high top chairs.

Beautiful View
The overall property was as advertised. Unfortunately, due to the hurricanes that had come through, the pool was not open and there were no grills for our building. Everything else was fine. Sitting on the balcony, looking out, was amazing.

Unfortunately, we stayed here because our house was flooded by the hurricane surge. No one told us the condo was on generator power and would be shut off during the daytime hours during the week. I work from home and was without internet or power. I found out just before leaving that they had internet in the clubhouse and the owners were notified. (we were not) Also, because of the generator limited power, there was no laundry so we had to go to a laundromat. I left a VM for the owner about these issues but never heard back. This is my first negative review I have ever written. I will say that the owner did let us check in early the first day and that was appreciated
