Welcome to Lake Life!!

This luxurious 2 Bed 2 Bath lake front condo in Mariners Landing Resort is pristine & completely remodeled. It’s conveniently located on the second floor and just steps from the elevator. The gorgeous vistas are sure to reel you in as you relax on the lovely year-round sun patio with floor to ceiling windows that open to enjoy the outdoor surroundings on warm sunny days.

Our two-bedroom unit offers a perfect view of Smith Mountain Lake and the Mountains. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, it's own bathroom, flat screen Smart TV, luxurious bed linens, plush towels and complimentary toiletries. The master bathroom is handicap accessible with a walk-in shower that has a shower seat, grab bars and chair height toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, Hamilton Beach FlexBrew coffee maker and other appliances that you need to create all your favorite meals from home.

Other amenities include miles of beautiful walking and biking trails, golf, driving range, sandy beaches, fishing pier, outdoor and indoor pools, fitness center, playground, Game Room, Basketball, Volleyball, Pickleball and Tennis Courts, cable and wireless internet (COVID-19 could affect the availability of some amenities). Golfers enjoy the semi-private 18 hole championship golf course (15% discount on green fees), an original design by the late Robert Trent Jones, Sr. If you are bringing a boat there are additional fees from Mariners Landing for trailer parking and dock fees; $50 the first night and $25 each additional night.

The Landing Restaurant located on the property that is accessible by land or water, and boasts both indoor and outdoor seating with spectacular views of the lake. They use locally sourced ingredients to bring modern American cuisine with a Peruvian flare!
Bruno's Clubhouse Bistro is open daily and located at Mariners Landing Country Club, it offers the perfect place for lunch, afternoon snacks or dinner; you can also grab breakfast on Saturday and Sundays from 9am-12pm.
Bottles & Bites (open seasonally) is a popular community hangout, with live music, trivia nights, games, fantastic light fare and wine, slushies, craft beers and select cocktails. If the door is open and the trees are lit...you're sure to have a memorable experience.
Mariners Marketplace is a One-Stop-Shop located on site for all your lake needs. Offering Starbucks Coffee and a tempting selection of grab and go food selections.

This is most definitely the place to drop anchor and enjoy all the lake amenities and golf on-site.

Perfect place
We had an incredible time. This place is absolutely perfect if you are looking for a no-fuss getaway. We were looking for a quiet retreat and that’s exactly what we got even though there were plenty of families with little kids enjoying their time as well! Something for everyone! I loved having my morning coffee on the balcony with the most serene view of the mountains. The amenities are well maintained and convenient. The owners were incredibly accommodating and responsive. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Long weekend
First time exploring SML and this was a lovely base camp. Easy to get around and plenty of convenient parking. The unit is well-appointed, SUPER clean, and comfortable. With a couple older folks it was fabulous to enjoy the patio and water view without it being too hot. The hosts provided just the right level of communications and information. Should I visit SML again, this would be a first choice. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic condo
The is was our first visit to Smith Mountain Lake, and this flawless condo has an absolutely gorgeous view of the lake. The condo had everything we could possibly need, the coffee station was an especially nice touch. We look forward to staying there again!

Absolutely Fantastic Condo!
Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay! The condo is clean, very nicely updated, and comes with lots of essentials like dishware and cooking utensils. I highly recommend this rental all year round. Not only is the condo fantastic but Mariners Pointe is also a great spot with fantastic views and tons of amenities. You won't be disappointed with this selection. Would most definitely stay again!

The Most Amazing Place
We have stayed at many VRBOs nationwide but this place tops them all. The condo is the cleanest place I have ever stayed in, and that includes luxury hotels. The view of the lake is priceless and the security the resort has in place is also top notch. The condo has everything you need and at the luxury level, which included the kitchen and the bathrooms. Everything we needed for a great stay was in this condo. Favorites for me included the coffee area and the snacks, yummy! Kathleen goes above and beyond to make our stay smooth and flawless by checking in on us multiple times during our stay. The balcony/deck is without a doubt the best part for RnR. Our family included ages 22-83 and we all enjoyed and loved this condo. We visit SML once or twice every year but this will be the condo we stay in every time going forward. You will not be disappointed!!!

Fabulous property
Kathy and Jamie are amazing hosts. Their unit is impeccably clean and extremely comfortable, loaded with all the comforts of home in the kitchen and bathroom. They offer a variety of board games and books for entertainment on a rainy day. The view is amazing and sitting outside on the all weather balcony is beyond relaxing. Kathy responded to any questions in a timely manner. I can't wait to visit again.

The View!
We loved the view from our balcony, morning, afternoon, evening, just fabulous! The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated and nicely furnished. Kitchen was very nice and supplied everything we needed for our quick meals. We enjoyed the pools with our grandkids. We had a lovely time. One of the prettiest spots on SML.

Wonderful weekend getaway!
The condo was extremely clean and well-appointed with a lovely view of the lake. It was conveniently located with a pool, swimming beach, marina, restaurant and shop downstairs. Good size for a family of four, with nice touches such as snacks provided and detergent pods in the laundry closet. We hope to come back in the future.

I don’t do a lot of reviews… But I would just want everyone to know how great this place is. The unit was very clean and had everything you could think of that you would need again could not have asked for more. The resort is great. Also very clean. Great, boat parking And so much to do there we were thrilled with our stay.

From the moment we got there until the moment we had to leave everything was amazing. Kathy and Jamie are wonderful hosts. Their condo is exactly as it was described. It was even more amazing in person. They made sure we had everything we needed to have a great trip. They even had a snack basket for us. Their condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. The views from their condo were breathtaking. We sat on the patio each morning and evening looking at the beautiful views. Wonderful lakefront stay!
My husband and 2 young kids had a wonderful time and greatly enjoyed our stay! The condo was spotless and so well maintained, we were very comfortable there and had everything we needed-including a beautiful view of the lake from the porch/sunroom! We enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch in the morning as well as playing card games with the kids while watching the sunset. The kids also enjoyed the indoor pool at the complex as well as the small beach area on site. The proximity of the condo to the state park was also fantastic (less than 10min) and we enjoyed back to back days of hiking and fishing there as well. The hosts were very communicative and made everything so easy for a smooth check in-check out process. We would highly recommend, and would love to stay again in the future!

I Don't Want to Leave!
As I sit here Drinking my Coffee on the Sun Patio I still can not believe the View! The Condo is great! Very Clean! Nicely decorated and fun! with all the little extra touches that show that the hosts, Kathy & Jamie really love the property and they want want you to have a good time! They checked on me to make sure everything was going well and the check in and check out process was smooth and painless. We will definitely stay here again!
