My stay didn’t happen you charged me and when I arrived they told me they were booked up, very disappointed

Lack of care inside and outside. Broken glass on the outside steps, sink leaking and cracked. Damp on ceiling and round window.

Got they at 2.20 rang the ring doorbell no one answered nobody was there at all to say what was happening, when I booked I thought it was a room at a pub the woolpack going by the name and the the picture in the end I at find a alternate logging
