I loved the peace and quiet and the fact that this is a historic building. I enjoyed reading the plaques with information on the history of the different areas. There is nothing that I especially disliked. Just some minor things to improve in the room.

One of the best stays we have had. Excelent service, excelent ammenities, very very clean. The food was more than delicious, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the same restaurant and love it every time. We got room upgrade and every one was very nice.

The place is beautiful and clean! Staff was very helpful and nice. We had one of the rooms in the oldest part of the hacienda which was really nice, clean and comfy, but it could be very humid and you can smell it!

El lugar es muy bonito, se oyen los pájaros todo el día y hay muchas áreas verdes y actividades. No me gusta tener que instalar apps en mi teléfono, para una estancia o para entrar a ella, además de que tarda mucho y acababan teniendo que abrir los guardias. El equipamiento de la cocina solo tiene cubiertos para una persona, no tiene nada para lavar los platos (jabón, esponja). Deberían tener grifos y regaderas ahorradoras. El área de alberca está mal ventilada, pero la alberca está perfecta en temperatura. El servicio de meseros en el restaurante es lento y se equivocan en detalles de la orden. La comida esta bien, aunque calidad:precio, es cara
