"We were booked in and prepaid, but when we arrived we were told to “wait”. I mentioned we had a reservation. We waited 15 minutes or so, until a man arrived in his truck. Without even asking our names or looking at our reservation, we were told to get in the truck and be taken to another hotel. No room at Baanfai was there only explanation! We stayed at a very plain hotel a few minutes away. Thankfully the man driving and the ladies who served us breakfast were kind and helpful. Unfortunately,...

"The hotel was over booked but we were offered to stay at another location. Thank you for doing that. The resort was in a nice location however, there was ants within the room. Please do something about that. Otherwise, Staff was friendly and kind and offered us a free meal. We were also offered to come back and have breakfast at the same location which was overbooked."
